I take my beauty approach just as my health approach - it's all about putting natural and organic products onto my body to get great results. So over 12 years I've figured out these methods I'm now sharing with you.
Some of them are VERY strange, so don't freak out. You don't have to do any of these techniques if they don't suit you but they work SOOOO well for me, therefore I wanted to share them.
